Minor Maintenance Kit SV300/320B

The EK9607M minor maintenance kit is designed for routine service of Leybold SOGEVAC SV300B and SV320B pumps with standard FKM shaft seals. It contains the essential O-rings and exhaust filters needed for minor maintenance, but does not include the oil filter or coupling element, which must be ordered separately if required. This kit supersedes the previous 971464970 kit and is recommended for use at 8,000-hour intervals or as specified in your pump’s manual. For ATEX variant see EK9607AM or PFPE variant see EK9607PM.
